Ms. Chan received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003. In 2006, Ms. Chan graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. She was subsequently admitted to the state bar of California in December of 2006.
In addition to experience in general and trademark litigation, Ms. Chan has worked for the State Bar of California and has externed for the Honorable Andrew J. Wistrich, U. S. District Court Magistrate in the Central District of California.
